I hope everyone is doing good. These are unprecedented times, a lot of families are being separated under the Trump administration; oftentimes, unlawful arrests are made with no due process, family members are sent to countries they have never set foot on. There’s a lot of civil unrest, especially with the historic Voting Rights Act of 1965 being gutted under the 6-3 conservative majority Supreme Court. The war in Iran, which was done without congressional approval, is an illegal war and has cost the United States over $28 billion; more importantly, there have been thousands of casualties as a result of the war. The Department of Justice and FBI under the Trump administration are withholding files and redacting entire documents from the Epstein Files, the very same files that mention President Trump over 38,000 times. Healthcare subsidies under the Affordable Care Act have expired, therefore giving health insurance companies free reign in raising premiums. There's a lot of senseless violence, economic instability, uncertainty, constant attacks on our freedom and rights, social programs being cut off. I can go on about everything that's been happening. However, that is not the focal point of this blog. I wanted to bring up all of these issues to spark awareness and to let people know where I stand on these issues.
I will say that no matter what you go through, you will handle it. It doesn't matter how many times we fall, it's about getting up that counts. It's about pushing through adversity that matters.
If you or somebody you know would like to arm yourself with knowledge and resources, I implore you to check out American Civil Liberties Union. I also encourage you to donate; the ACLU is a non-profit organization that has been fighting for civil rights for over 100 years.
Let’s start from scratch. My name’s Cesar. I’m the founder of Elevated Thoughts. Elevated Thoughts is a streetwear brand that I started years ago with the goal to uplift minds through designs. We intend on doing this by creating designs that spark thoughts; designs that inspire, motivate, educate, and/or inform.
It’s been 2+ years since I took a hiatus from focusing on the brand. I was drained emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. I wasn’t feeling creative, I wasn’t inspired. My goals at that time weren’t aligned. However, with the time I’ve taken off, my goals are realigned. I’m feeling refreshed, focused, and inspired. I’m determined to get things up and running again with the brand. I’m excited to show you the designs and changes that are happening with the brand. Let’s get into it.
Designs
First and foremost, Elevated Thoughts has a new logo. It was time for a change, we went with a more modern, simplistic design. Credits to Nome for the design, he’s a local Las Vegas writer and close friend that has also done some work for the brand. Even though we’re departing from our previous logo, the brain symbol is still integral to the message and will be used on future prints. Drop a comment below and let us know what you think of the new logo!
I plan on releasing new designs by early 2027. I was anticipating for an earlier release, but there are a few things that need to be taken care of first. There is inventory that I have to sell before adding more inventory, including designs that are retired and will no longer be printed.
I’m applying a different approach to Elevated Thoughts, I’ll be printing t-shirts on demand to help minimize inventory. That’s also something that we’re doing different which will take time; going forward, we’ll be doing our own prints by using a heat press. Before, we used a third party to make our prints for us but we realized it would be better to have it done ourselves, cut out the middle man in order to ensure top quality from design all the way down to the prints. Throughout the rest of 2026, I’ll be practicing and honing in on mastering the art of heat pressing t-shirts, making more designs, working with more artists, collaborating with models and photographers for photoshoots, and the list goes on.
I’d like to thank everyone for tuning in. Thanks to everyone that has continually supported and followed the brand for years; as always, stay tuned and stay elevated.
